Little gift

My gorgeous friend Giselle offered to knit me the coolest pair of socks but wouldn’t accept any payment, being the blessing she is, so I am surprising her with some special pieces for her girls :)
This is the first one and is made for little Miss Evie - an IvyAnna in lollytree licorice twist 'waterlily'....I absolutely adore this colorway, it truly does remind me of a bunch of water lilies floating in a tranquil pond on a misty morning.
See the little whale buttons that I added to the back!

Getting prepared for winter here although it's not exactly very cool here yet despite the months being autumn....Oh and Easter soon - I'm involved in a swap of Easter goodies...What to make my partner?????
And if I didn't have enough to do I just signed up for a test knit of a cute little dress....Oh how I wish I had a tiny baby girl again says she praying very loudly upwards!

Some finished knits :)

Trying to get a start on all the winter clothes for my 5 kiddies as well as making dolls and teddies for my lil shop and custom orders makes for very busy fingers haha.....there is so much I want to do!

Here is the finished bunnie beanie - it was a fabulous pattern and looks so cute on :)
I made the size 3-8.

This one is a Versa for Israel - He's only 10 mths so it is a little big on him (it's a size 1) but that's good as it will fit him over winter...I absolutely LOVE working with the 'Family Roots' willow merino yarn - it is so soft and squishy. This colorway is called 'Fun with color'...

Not enough....

Been holding off posting because I didn't really have much to say or show....I've been withdrawing a bit lately and just plodding along with the basics of life.
I feel like there is so much I want to get done, need to get done, should get done but lots of it starts with 'caking' my skeins....nothing like an extra job to dampen your enthusiasm to start LOL

This gorgeous vest is a test knit PATTERN HERE ....I loved it's seamless construction. Size 12mths for my wee boy Israel this winter.
Using pure silk to edge it probably wasn't the least expensive idea but I'm resolved to knitting from the stash and it was the only black I had, at least it's super soft LOL

This is another test - Circ bunnie beanie.....gorgeous little knit by Cathy in time for easter - tester call is HERE
As you can see I still have one ear to complete  :)

And finally this little top/dress is for a friends bubby (still cooking)
It's just so cute!!
